Lekky County Homes Estate

Located at Ikota five minutes away from Chevron Drive. The primary goal of the estate is to provide a serene, secured and clean residential environment that will enhance healthy and safe living. The Estate is equipped with infrastructure/facilities such as roads, drainages, perimeter fence, water supply and streetlights. In total, the Estate provides about 700 residential plots. Each plot has a minimum area of 400sqm. In addition to the residential plots, there are plots for complimentary uses like nursery and primary schools, recreational parks, estate clubhouse, fast food center, shopping mall, clinic/pharmacy and estate management/security office.

The estate is landscaped, with trees planted along most roads and flowers planted in front of most houses. The estate is provided with infrastructure/facilities such as roads, drainage, perimeter fence, water supply, street lights e.t.c. Buildings within the estate have a compulsory 10m setback from the street roads, and there are regulations guiding the construction of buildings within the estate. The estate has a secure gated entrance and exit, and visitors are required to call their hosts before being allowed entry.
